Love our Doctor (Dr Daigneault, but she only works 1 day a week).. The nurses are fantastic and I love how caring and gentle they are with needles. (they use two nurses to deliver them at teh same time so it is less stressful for the babies). Front desk staff are INCREDIBLY rude every time I deal with them, suspect this is because I speak to them in english.

I went to the clinic with suspected pneumonia. After a two hour wait, I finally saw the doctor. I don't believe that she even introduced herself upon entering the exam room. She listened to my lungs and sent me for a chest x-ray at a different clinic and informed me that it would take 2-3 days for her to get back to me and if she didn't, well, that just meant I was fine. Fastforward 2 days, I'm worse than I was and am still waiting on my results for pneumonia. I called the clinic and my x-rays were actually in but the doctor has not yet reviewed them. You would think that with a condition like pneumonia they would rush to get you the results, given that it affects your ability to take in oxygen! I am very dissatisfied with the clinic, the staff and the doctors. I will not recommend it and I will not return.Through my experience, I feel that they don't take their profession or your health seriously.

My six month old infant needed to see a dr (thrush) and my 4 yr old was with me. We waited in the room for over 1.15hrs. When the dr. did come he said I name that was not ours. He left. When he came back I had to specifically ask him to check my baby's ears and throat even after I told him my baby had been pulling his ears. The manager Josee was rude and the front reception made a comment about my complaint in french as I was speaking english. very ignorant. My son has been at Childrens's hospitals and has seen several dr.'s due to a chronic condition. Never have we experienced such long waits without notification or such poor practice and service. Josee needs to find another job.

I am so happy to finally have found a great doctors office. I now live nearly an hour away but have no intentions on trying to find a replacement in my new home. Last year I had some issues with the front end staff but things are better now even tho they can be a little cold. All the doctors I've seen have been incredible and very attentive. I only wish I could see a nurse on Monday which never seems possible. The walk in is great and I've never waited over 2 hours which is amazing for the region. My favorite part of this clinic is the pharmacist upstairs, he's amazing.
