the phones never get answering, staff is rude and very mean with patients. I saw Dr Touma and she blew off my son saying he didnt need antibiotics for his ear infection, she just glared at me and said if i wasnt satisfied to go to a walk in-clinic is in the boonies and a joke. They do not care about their patients

The clinic is beautiful with comfortable chairs, however, the front reception staff are a disgrace to the healthcare system. Many times there is NO ONE at the desk, and when they are there, you are ignored or rudely received. What a pity!

Efficient and ressourceful group of people. The Doctor, technologists and cardiologist were all extremely helpful attended to my needs in a prompt and courteous fashion. They went well over the call of duty to check my chest pain and provide me with sound advice. Thank you very much.
