Dr Biscay is a wonderful, caring doctor, who treats a whole person (not a collection of independent issues or an anonymous patient # on a chart). I found her to be knowledgeable, open and an extremely good and attentive listener. She sought specialist advice when appropriate, and was knowledgeable in her own right. She felt like a real person -- excited by good news, regretful about bad, but professional all the while. She also treated me without judgement, a major challenge for overweight patients. So, if you are in a category where that's a challenge (overweight, smoker, mental illness, disability or whatever ) she would be a great choice. Dr Biscay is extremely reliable and respectful of her patients' time, but the clinic's slightly iffy reception service is an obstacle that's hard to overcome.

I adore Dr. Biscay, one of the top ten doctors in Orleans. The nurses are excellent, the place is amazing, clean and modern, but, some of the reception staff are so rude, never smile, ignore you as long as they can, never try to accomodate the patient, misinform the patient, mix-up information, etc. It is really stressful to call this reception.
