Front office staff is rude and office procedures are careless and potentially dangerous to patients (e.g. misplaced ECG). Do not recommend this office.

The service is more than unprofessional, Lost of document, filling in wrong as always been an issues now we waited 1 hour and ½ because the reception staff had forgotten to check us in. No sorry just “opps she forgot” go back sit down and will call you when we find a space. Please replace all administrative staff immediately.

Front counter staff may be well-intentioned, but they but do sometimes manage to leave the impression that helping you is an annoying interruption to their day. I found it hard to reach a real person if I had a question or an issue - can get stuck in voice mail jail. The facility and equipment are clean and modern, and the clinic seems very well equipped.

I was very sad hear that dr. Dufresnes was leaving the clinic. She was by far the best doctor I've had, she cared, knew your file when you walked in to see her. She was always I form of your health and conserve for you. Wherever she went I wish her the best. I was transferred to dr. Boivenue which seems to be a good replacement. I only saw him once briefly and he was great. Looking forward for his health service. I love the clinic I've been with them since they opened the only thing I would change is the abruptness of the reception desk.

My grandson's doctor is at this clinic and she is easy to talk to, down to earth while being very professional.
