One goes to a doctor to seek help and get answer to their queries. This Doctor will leave you miserable inside out. She is very rude and arrogant. Won't let you talk at all and if by any chance you happen to ask a question she will reply by saying I practice in Canada as well as states and I am not only a doctor I also teach doctors. Totally self obsessed women with no manners at all.

She is knowledgeable but I guess she is under staffed and always tired, I found her always complaining about people coming to her and the software she is using, as she is unable to pull reports and end up getting frustrated and pass that on to her patients. she could be a very good doctor with reliable staff and expertise on the medical software she is using.

The worst! Lost test results, never listened, always distracted. She introduced herself to me every time like it was the first time she had met me. Never remembered any of my history and didn't take the time to look it up. She keeps private records visible to any and all patients on the computers in the patient waiting room. HUGE invasion of privacy.

Dr Zando is brilliant from the first visit she was able to diagnose my problem. She immediately sent me for test to confirm her diagnosis. She was the only Doctor that has been able to identify my illness and treat it. I have seen several specialist and Dr Zando is the only one that has given me my health my life back. Dr Zando is truly a genius this clinic is so lucky to have a brilliant Doctor like her
