Worst experience ever. My family doctor referred me to her. I made 3 appointments, she only show up once (almost 1 hour late for my appointment), the other two she just cancelled it with the last minute notice. Went to her clinic on weekend, waited for almost 2 hours, she told me that she doesn't see referred patient on weekend and ask me to come back on workday. The thing is I have called in advance and confirmed that she can see me on weekend. Will never go to see her.

Patient

I attended a walk in clinic to have a referral for my usual dermatologist. (I need a referral as I haven't seen my dermatologist in over a year.) I told staff at the front desk this was my intention and they said this would be fine. Dr. Zando insisted that as she is a specialist in internal medicine, she did not have to refer me and could see me herself. I continued to state that I was not interested as dermatology and internal medicine are two different specialties, and as I want continuation in my treatment plan. Dr. Zando acted as if my request was unreasonable. She said "as doctors we do not have to comply to the patient's request but I'll do it this time". I cannot speak about her medical abilities, but I would not recommend anyone see her. Her bedside manners were non-existent. She was very rude, impatient, and unprofessional from the get-go. She does not value continuation of care and her intention was to try and increase her patient base and her paycheck.

Cecil Chappell

This doctor deals with many patients and most of them think our medical system is like McDonalds. They want service FAST. She is overly qualified (Infectious disease degree) for dealing with the poorly educated, who have no idea about medicine. Patients say to her that they don’t want to take medicine or pills. WTF?? Then change your lifestyle, eat healthy and work out in a gym. She is a very good, highly qualified doctor. I think the problem is with seven spoiled patients.

This woman is most indecent doctor I ever met. She has no sense in dealing with her patients . Very biased lady and judgemental . I had the worst experience in history of doctors. This doctor will give you treatment for something that does not exist as she is never able to diagnose the real issue. She starts misbehaving and gives this arrogant attitude. Looks down upon patients. I would never recommend her again to anybody

Robert Dewar

My last Doctor retired.We searched and found Dr Zando. My work schedule is erratic, away for long periods not sure when to return. She has been a god sent to me. She keeps hours only a emergency hospital can rival.She is knowledgeable and refers me to specialist when necessary.I don't waste my Ontario Tax dollars on unnecessary visits.
