The receptionists are so awful it makes me consider finding a new doctor.

It is difficult to get through by phone but contrary to other comments the front desk staff is friendly and accomodating when you finally do get through. If our doctor is not available I am always offered an appointment with another doctor. The lab certainly needs cleaning and tidying up.

I Attempt not to go any other Medical Center or Hospital and privileged to have the relationship with Dixie Road Medical Associates and The Greatest Family GP, Doctor H. Kubba. I would not hesitate to recommend this Medical Center to All.

I'm fairly new at this clinic but my doctor, Dr. Finn, seems wonderful. I've had four visits to this clinic and am very happy with the care I've received. Negatives: lab area staff are not so pleasant. Premises is not accessible (which I thought was now mandated?). Overall the offices are dingy and old looking. It's probably clean but the drab colours make it look less so. Could definitely use sprucing up. Phone system, as others say, is brutally inefficient and I'm told there is no plan to make improvements. They suggest making appointments by email which brings a same day response. Return emails aren't always as pleasant as you would expect.
