Dixie road is getting worse

Suppprt staff are inconsiderate on the best of days. they don't answer their phones with any promptness. All of them need to attend courses on customer service, because that is what patients are customers. Not a place to go if you have anything to do on any given day. if you are retired, which most attendees are it's fine. When thoes customers are gone, then and only then will you people know what your admin staff is doing to your business. Update your phone system and retrain your admin staff to be more customer orientated and personable before you lose your future.

Ontario Public Health and Dixie Road Medical urge us to use our family doctors as much as possible as opposed to walk in clinics. The ironic thing is, that it is very difficult to get through to the clinic during regular hours of operation. Compounding this problem is the fact the the clinic is closed for one hour every day for lunch? How can a facility with dozens of doctors do this? Can they not rotate their lunch breaks? After all, this is the 21st century and this facility operates like a Ma and Pa corner store instead of a modern medical facility. What if our hospitals did this? Consequently, I often go to the Urgent Care Walk in Clinic located at the nearby Walmart. Very little waiting but be prepared for a different doctor every visit.

I think that most people are afraid to give an honest opinion about this medical clinic....they are a joke. They've always been rude however we did have a family doctor that we really liked...when she retired the clinic randomly assigned my family to the worst doctors there...when we asked to change they said they can't do that and told us to go to another clinic...!!!
