Dr. Gibbons is great. The only problem is that you have to books weeks in advance if you need an appointment. They are too busy. They now have a clinic but you have to sit there for 8 hours to get seen. Not sure there's a point to having a family Dr. in a big clinic. When the Dr. is away on vacation, you have to make sure your meds are up to date before otherwise you have to do without until they return as there are no backups for short term.

This was my second visit. I found reception and support staff pleasant and efficient. Dr Boisvenue was a good communicator and has a good sense of humour and was thorough. I look forward to a long association.

I have to say that I am shocked by the reviews that have been made of the staff, nurses and doctors. I have never been treated in a less than courteous manner. This includes both on the phone and in the office during busy times or otherwise. The nurses go out of their way to ensure that you are tended to with the least amount of time possible, so you can get on with your day. Any time that I have had to leave a message at reception, I have received phone call back within an hour and any issues I may have had resolved in that one call. The doctors that I have been treated by, though often incredibly busy, have never seemed rushed and have always given me and my family the care that we deserve. They have sacrificed their lunches so that they could assist with the most simple questions.
