Although the office could use some updating,Doctor Goldman is knowledgeable , kind and thorough. He does not rush through the appointment and asks relevant questions to reach a possible diagnosis or referral. His staff is somewhat curt and at times unhelpful, but this does not reflect his attitude or abilities as a fine physician.

That secretary has to learn some manners! She also could benefit from some ethics and confidentiality courses! I don't know how she still has a job there. Does the doctor realize how many patients he is losing because of her?

This secretary has to face the cold facts, really and come full frontal with the fact that, not only is she NOT the doctor of this clinic, but also that she, by no stretch of the imagination, has even the intellect nor the resources to compete with him or argue with him in the manner in which she carries on.

How can patients feel totally safe and comfortable in this environment where you expect doctor-patient confidentiality yet there's none whatsoever! For one, that untrustworthy secretary takes all your private concerns with her to the pharmacy workers next-door (and God knows where else) when she feels like gossiping about you! She tries to turn everyone against you and has no respect for your rights to privacy. She treats my health card with such disdain and even one time was badgering me about why I was so anxious about getting my card back (when I felt she'd kept it far too long, resting just loosely on her reception window-sill!) She was laughing at me and was asking the other patients there why they thought i was so worried about "hiding" the information on my health card; the nerve of this woman! She has tortured me on so many occasions, it's really a wonder that I continued going to see this doctor! Another horrible example was when I went to see a specialist psychotherapist and I wanted to speak to my doctor privately with regard to a medication prescribed to me by the psychotherapist, but I was even blocked from seeing the doctor and was told by the pharmacist that I was to see the secretary as she "knew all about it". Also, I was told by this secretary that the doctor doesn't speak to his patients over the phone! I don't trust this secretary and I don't like her knowing my business and laughing at me behind my back (which she does)

The doctor-secretary "affiliation" has taken full precedence over the concern and care for the patients at this facility. The secretary, who is innately highly versed in the occult arts as a native of Guyana, but who also lacks in finesse and a solid educational foundation, has taken complete control of this helpless doctor and this "bleeding" clinic, doing a great disservice to these already sick patients by her disdainful treatment, leaving them (us) even more abandoned, forlorn and, in some cases, more incapacitated than we are, with files being scrambled, results from tests not being appropriately handled, information being skewed, her incessant back-chatting to the doctor, innocent patients being mishandled by her, for example, patients spuriously charged by her for doctor's notes without first being advised by the doctor of same and then further not even being given a receipt by her, among other gross atrocities! Pity!!!
