I really like Dr. Goldman. He does not baby me and pretend that everything is great but lets me know that I have to keep my weight down and take care of myself.

I recently had my visit with the doctor and again, I think he's a miracle-worker, highly skilled and dedicated! God bless him! One complaint though, when I came in, I stood there at reception, waiting behind a male patient for like 10-15 mins before the secretary actually even bothered to acknowledge my presence and take my health card, but that's not the issue. Then she kept my health card for like another 20-25 mins, but that's also not the issue. What was the issue was fact that while she's there chatting with a female patient, who unceasingly stood there, talking on and on, the secretary decides to unprofessionally and strategically place my precious health card most openly on the reception ledge, right in front of this lady, letters facing her, for about 2 or 3 mins., with no apparent concern for my confidentiality. I actually saw this lady's eyes glued to my card till I got there to get it. I obviously would've preferred not to have this happen, yet in one fell swoop, this secretary does such mischief (maybe she thinks she's embarrassing me). She also has some kind of running joke with the girls in the pharmacy that I'm over-sensitive and that I don't get along with her and when I get there they somehow suddenly come running out of nowhere and give me some bad looks.

I cant stand the secretary one more time and stopped seeing him , She is the worst , she is hostile rude and yes she does run to the drug store and gossip , I have even seen her go to the pharmacy next door while I wait for a prescription , I ended up waiting for a hour for my prescription while she stood there talking to them . I think she told him I have a crush on the doctor and he acts weird when I go there , I dont but she hates all women , I just could not go one more time , Why he does not fire her , she does act different when he is around . She is less rude , I always thought it was just me she was rude to

Do NOT come to this clinic. The doctors can be sweet but the unorganized mess they call reception is disgusting. I have gone here for over 15 and it has gone from bad to worse. The blatant favoritism is sickening and everything everyone else has said about the receptionists are completely true. Do not come to this clinic.
