Never in all my years of seeing a doctor I have never been so relegated to dealing with a secretary as I've been since I began to see this doctor! He calls her name all the time and he seems to think that his patients somehow enjoy dealing with her as much as he does! She's the most disgruntled employee I've ever encountered, who's clearly very controlling, while doing all she can to undermine her boss. They constantly argue and make up simultaneously and this behavior disrupts office hours which results in his being always behind.

Dr. Goldman is very knowledgeable of medicine, he knows what he is talking about, no bedside manner he is abrupt too busy to listen because he wants a world record not enough days at the Browns Line Clinic, he was my FD but I left, poor service at the front desk know one knows what they are doing or where anything is, cannot answer a simple question if asked, when Dr Goldman secretary chan stop working with him everything went down hill. I went to see Dr. Lu at the Weston Clinic he is very good I recommend Dr Lu to anyone looking for a doctor who is compassionate and caring. Sincerely jim

It's sad that I have to start searching for a new family doctor just because that secretary is the one who wears the coat! He's under her spell and I can't handle that one more day! He's given his unfriendly, incompetent secretary all the power and I simply can't be a patient at such an inefficiently run medical clinic!!! What a shame!!!

Excellent, caring doctor who is always smiling and jovial. He also spends time to explain things to his patients and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Relies heavily on a secretary who can be undermining at times and who has bouts of unprofessionalism and inappropriately displays fits of rage, stress or frustration in the presence of patients.

I'm so impressed with the remarkable improvements at this medical clinic. Not only has it become more comfortable and welcome, but also the secretary, Chan, is now so accommodating. She adjusted the temperature in the office when she noticed that I was getting hot flashes. I really appreciated that. Good job, Chan!
