It's high time the doctor cuts loose from the apron strings of his dominating, controlling and jealous secretary who seems to have trust issues with the doctor himself, of all persons! She should either take a rest or he should seriously (and not as a joke) consider terminating her services. She is an evil element there, to my mind, and I always feel that I am encroaching on the doctor's time and energy, based on the way she treats me, dismisses me and calls out my name so disdainfully!

Terrible service due to very negative energy emanating from an insecure, ill-bred Guyanese secretary at this clinic, who apparently boosts her confidence by treating patients badly and making fun of the doctor! She seems to have this doctor in fear of her and literally tied to her apron-strings, resulting in his inability to spend the necessary time with his patients and with me, in particular, so that it seems that he is somehow unable to give me proper prescriptions or obtain the results from very important tests I've taken, such as swabs, urine and blood-work, and therefore may even inaccurately advise me of my condition. I don't have much trust in even leaving my samples in that office, under that sneaky secretary's care and in a washroom that is so open to tampering!

Always have to wait min. 2 hrs., even with an appointment. Spends minimum time during appointment and doesn't seem to care. He speaks down to his medical receptionist in front of his patients and is very unprofessional.

The relationship between him and the secretary has always appeared rather inappropriate to me. In all my years if being his patient he's never called me by name yet I've heard her name called a million times as if she's the doctor and not him. He seems to have low self-esteem and is dominated by the secretary.

Very disenchanted with the distasteful, unprofessional interaction between doctor and secretary. You almost feel as if you're interfering in their relationship when you're there!
