mistreated patient
This doctor was rude and extremely hostile during my visit. He came into the room wanting to verbally attack. He used his authority and status to intimidate and insult me. He was short and wouldn't let me speak and when I did ask my first question he screamed at me. Literally raised his voice and screamed at me! I told him that I was reporting him and that is when he told me that he was having a bad day. I will never go back to this doctor again. I seriously feared for my safety when he was screaming at me.

This man should be no where near a doctor's office. He should do a favour to society by giving up his medical licence ( I have no idea how he got it). This man is the most rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and unknowledgeable doctor I've ever met. It seems like he looks at patients as bags of money walking through his door, and the easiest way to get rid of them is by giving them a prescription and then sending them out of the door. He made no real attempt to understand my issue, and the different symptoms I was experiencing. Instead he literally said to me, " what do you want me to do about that" and started writing his prescription. I would've liked someone to interpret my symptoms and give me some medical advice about what to do in the future, but instead just started writing his prescription(or as it seems: his ticket to get this patient out of his face and on to the next bag of money). Will never go back to Primary Care Niagara again or to Dr. Reka . He needs to have his licence revoked.

This guy is a joke. You come in for an assessment on something, and he doesn't even diagnose or discuss your problem. Prescription and out the door you go. What a POS

Dr Reka has been my family doctor for close to a year and I find him to be personable, compassionate and knowledgable. My quality of life has definitely improved under his care.

Andreja Hall
Dr Reka really takes his time to talk with patients even he works in walk in clinic and we all know that usually doctors spend few minutes and then you are out of door. He did find what was wrong with me and did correct treatment and also he does explain everything in simply words instead of medical jargon. Dr Reka find time to listen, to answer and to find resolution.
