Amazing doctor . I've been through 2 very bad doctors who didn't know what they were doing since I moved to Welland 14 years ago . I found doctor reka 3 years ago and I've never been so happy . My whole family goes to him . He is a caring knowledgeable doctor. My 83 year old mother adores him because he makes her feel important and not a waste of time . He is the best doctor in all of Welland. He takes the time to really find out what's wrong even if that includes tests and recommendations to specialists. He is what all doctors should aim to be . Thank you doctor reka for all that you do

Staff1 Punctuality2 Helpfulness1 Knowledge1 I understood this clinic to care for those who could not find a suitable GP in the area. I had been using this clinic for over a year while waiting to see if my application to become a "regular" patient would be approved. Now, during the current pandemic I am told by Dr. Reka Altin that NOW I must find a new doctor. He is unwilling to provide any further prescriptions for my hypothyroid or my type 2 diabetes. He would know, full well, there could not be a worse time to ban me from their services. This is especially appalling, given that they claim to provide care for those who have none! I can only say I am glad my application was turned down . . I must say, the level of medical care in Welland needs to be greatly improved. Dr. Reka is devoid of compassion at such a critical time.

Dr. Reka is an outstanding doctor. He is caring, compassionate, and listens to the issues with an open mind. He is logical and realistic. He follows through with recommendations and next steps. He does not rush patients out the door, and does not dismiss questions and concerns, but deals with each issue with patience and a regard for the patient's feelings and concerns. He is kind and I would recommend him to any of my family members and friends.
