very unsatisfied
this doctor doesn't understand the importance of active listening the patient's comments and concerns. Very rude. He make sure you know he is the boss, as patient you don't have option for opinion. He doesn't interact with the patient. He doesn't answer your questions, very bad manners, not polite at all, not a caring doctor

Dr Reka has been a god send. He takes the time to sit down with me and discuss my symptoms and what treatment plan would be best suited towards my recovery. He listens intently while I discuss my concerns and provides effective feedback and demonstrates proactive care. I appreciate his kind disposition and thorough assessments.

A Female Patient
I have only good things to say about Dr. Reka, who came highly recommended to me by another of his happy patients. My experience with him was nothing short of very positive - he was patient, informative, helpful, kind, and quite pleasant, overall. I am looking forward to future dealings with him, and would be pleased to recommend him to others, as well. That said, staff may benefit from an attitude adjustment.

I have no idea how this guy got his licence in Canada, the day that o went to his office with my wife because o was making him questions about my health he started to yield and screaming to my wife and me, he was very rude and extremely disrespectful, someone has to revocate his licence, he doesn't have any respect for woman and patients, he is the most arrogant guy that I have been met !!! He study in the university of Albania where apparently don't teach to their students what's the meaning of ETHIC because this "Dr Reka" doesn't have any idea what that means !!!
