I called their office desperate for information on seeing an ENT specialist. Instead their office was rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic - I have lost most of my hearing now and instead of advise and concern, the lady on the phone told me to stop yelling at her - I can't hear - if I'm yelling it's cause I needed help not criticism. This Dr.'s office sucks - stay away from them.

Dr. Chapnik helped me to understand the reasons of my hearing problem and explained the solutions in 20 minutes I spent in his office. He answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I am very impressed with his knowledge. He also has great sense of humor. Thank you doctor for making my life normal again!
