I have visited Dr. Awab and found her extremely unprofessional, rude and ignorant. She would not even look at a cyst I had, discarded my concern of having a migraine and would not treat me for the migraine. She simply said to take Tylenol even after I told her I was in pain for several days. On another occasion, she was extremely rude, uncompassionate, and unkowledgeable about fertility issues. I asked if she could send a referral to a fertility clinic on behalf as I had previously issues with miscarriages. She stated that a reference was not the protocol and that the fertility. clinic would need to send her a form to be completed. I told this to the clinic and they did not understand why she was saying this. It is also known that she discusses her patients with the staff in the pharmacy as. they have made comments to me about discussions I had with the doctor privately. This is a total breach of client privacy. Dr. Awab should not be working with people as it is clear that she lacks empathy, compassionate and respect. I have heard from several community seniors that they have had similar experiences and felt they were being mistreated. She should not be allowed to practice when her behaviour is unethical.

worst bedside manner I have ever encountered by a physician. Refused to give me a prescription refill for migraines telling me to come back when I run out and only if I have a migraine. Obviously didn't know that migraine sufferers have to take their medication within 2 hours after the onset of an attack or else the medication will not be effective. Without medication, most of us are too sick to go sit in a doctor's office. Asked her to examine my father for a foreign object in his abdomen and she refused stating she could not because she was unfamiliar with his medical history. Ohip got charged for her doing nothing and being as rude as possible.

this doctor is my friends doctor and has excellent service. She's got a lot of knowledge and is very friendly and helpful. She is always on time for appointments and is very trustworthy

This doctor does not like to touch her patients ...and has mis diagnoised my illnesses ...she had placed me in serious condition of which was found from a pain care practitioner...she does not care for her patients in orderly fashion ....doctor Lucy awad ...should put more care and empathy into seniors and others in general
