My family physician (with whom I have been a client for nearly twenty years) has been on vacation for the last week and a half, virtually the same time I developed an eczema patch around my eyelid. As a last resort, I visited this doctor's clinic. As a personality, she is by far the most disreputable, passive and flat out rudest "professional" I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. She makes absolutely no effort in establishing a personable demeanour to the patient. This is an immediate guard-building trigger. Now, all this would be ignored if she exhibited a respectable amount of knowledge in her discipline. She "examined" my eye for less than four seconds, standing two feet away from it. She wrote a prescription, not once telling me what it is, or how to apply it. All questions I asked were answered in short, vague (if sketchy) responses. I do not trust her judgment, and plan on showing the prescription to my doctor. I will absolutely NOT be making any visit to this clinic, or this doctor ever again - a clear mistake in visiting a medical practice housed in the architecture of a residential house with a "self employed doctor" - but shame on me for not doing my research first . My sentiments are clearly echoed in the overwhelming majority of her reviews. In the case of emergency, without question I will go to the hospital. If a lighter medical issue arises and my family doctor is on vacation, I will be more than happy to wait patiently for his return.

Dr. Lucy Awad is not very professional. I went complaining of stomach pain. She had no clue what type of ultrasound to order for gallstones???? I found that she was not knowledgable and not very confident in her decisions. I would not recommend her to anyone......She is very rude, and short. Do Not go to this doctor!!!!!!

Dr.lucy awad is my doctor too.Shes very nice and smart.She was my doctor for a long time and she's very friendly with her patients.

Lucy Awad is an excellent doctor.Im saying this from experience.She's friendly and kind with her patients and will do the promised service they need. Her appointments are efficient and don't take that long. She cares for her patients and helps them the best she can. She is never late for appointments and knows what she is doing to help patients

This doctor is horrible. I took my son for a visit to the clinic after having a fever with the cold, this lady was so rough and aggressive when she was dealing with my 3yrs old child. I had to stop her and walk out in the middle of the exam after seeing the level of aggression with a sick child. Horrible doctor!
