Irresponsible, inconsiderate, in denial... about appropriate diagnostics, self-serving.

After previously working with 2 Psychiatrists for over 2 years and having shared the entire history of medication and a 1 hour intro/history session, I was practically dismissed from the office saying, I don't need any help and that I don't need to come back. Granted, I was in a better shape at that time but my reason for reaching out was to establish a relationship so that I don't need to wait for over 6 months when my symptoms getting worse in the future. Later when following up with their office for paperwork from my appointment, I figured the original appointment notes were missing causing me to wonder if the interaction was ever recorded. They called back after a few weeks of continuous follow-up to possibly fill out the report at that time, the one that insurance needed at that time. Hope, my experience is an exception and not the norm.
