Was referred there by my family doctor, receptionist refused to book an appointment until I fax or email a copy of the referral, after I sent in the referral and called to book an appointment I was told that it takes 5 days to process a referral. .......what kind of BS is that??? Needless to say I will not be going there there are lots of other places where i would rather swipe mu OHIP card.

I am so sorry that I was waiting for almost 2 monts for my appointment and the specialist didn't want to spend even 5 minuts with her patient. I was so uncomfortable to ask my questions since I had a feeling that dr is in rush to leave the room. She gave an Rx for compress socks with no explenation where I can find it, even her secretaries had no idea about it. I don't know how much OHIP is going to pay for my appointment but for sure it is not fair to pay a big buck for less than 5 minuts and no patient satisfaction.

THE STAFF AND DOCTOR WAS A LITTLE 'STUFFY" HOWEVER DR. LANDOLT KNOWS HER STUFF AND WAS ABLE TO HELP. PERHAPS THEY CAN ALL GO TO PERSONALITY SCHOOL, SINCE THEY ARE DEALING WITH PUBLIC.
