I am extremely displeased with this doctor office as a whole. The receptionists are rude, inconsiderate, impatient and most likely incompetent. The doctor himself is also rude and become agitated when i asked a simple question. I have sent three requests from my pharmacy to have a prescription refilled and the entire team there simply ignores it, and when i called to ask if it could be filled i was given a rude response and then hung up on. In the future i will either find a new dermatologist or i will simply just die of my condition, because I believe doing that would be more comfortable than dealing with these people again. signed, sick and sickened

I first called the bargman office with a referral from the emergency. the secretary was very very rude. I thought she was having a bad day. she made me feel like a loser. she refused to speak without the referral being faxed. and explaining that was difficult for her. I then faxed my referral twice, just in case. I received a call back and there must have been a voicemail. I had two screaming kids whom the referral was for. I was anxious and called back the office. only to receive some more attitude. this woman thinks she is heaven sent, or maybe she thinks she is a god. she refused to tell me what the call was for, she asked me if there was a voicemail, I said maybe. she then rudely says I should listen to it. I rephrased and asked, "so you want me to go back and listen to the voicmail? " what does she think this is school, and she is my teacher and I should be obedient? she needs to respect people. she could have simply told me what the voicemail contained. later she tells me it outlines the appointment dates. I said really, well cancel it. she asks so you want me to cancel both kids? really? I said yes. because of your attitude, poor hospitality, rude demeanor. she claims she never got that before. if you read below, it seems im not the only person. I will make sure my voice gets heard. my English is not so bad, she made feel so inferior. I was only not able to articulate my words fast enough for her puny brain to understand. im wondering how she treats people with language problems, or immigrants with poor English. we pay our service. there is no reason to be put down by some average paid secretary.

Dr. Bargman was extremely abrupt, insulting and overall unhelpful. I would not see him again. Did not help me in any way. Curt answers & rolling eyes is not what I call professional behaviour.

Although there was a mix up/miscommunication with my appointment, Dr. Landolt still made time to see me. She agreed that I should have been notified but still felt that she put blame on me when it was my doctor who made the appointment. She was very rude, abrupt and insensitive. At first, I thought maybe she was impatient because she extended her work day but my younger sister had a similar experience with her in the past. Basically she said this is what we're going to do and how we're going to do it without really answering any of my questions or hearing me out. She only addressed one issue and not the surrounding ones. I also felt disrespected as though she treated me like a child when I'm a 30 year old professional and an educated woman. I asked for other options and she clearly stated that there are none. I have been trying to cope with my skin condition for a few years now and understand that it may not be entirely treatable, but there's a right and wrong way to address it. I am a human being with feelings and emotions, therefore I felt that she should have shown some compassion and empathy or understanding at the very least. I was not at all pleased with her attitude nor impressed with her knowledge. I left my visit feeling very vulnerable and in tears. I have not cried like this since I was first diagnosed by a former dermatologist. I have no intention of going back to see her or following her methods of harsh chemicals with potential side effects nor would I recommend her to anyone. I do not make it a habit of speaking ill of people but the public has a right to know what's in store for them. Consider yourselves warned!
