Dr. Ward ignored requests made by my son, social workers and myself concerning an evaluation of my son for a passport. She never released the information, and continued, to ignore all phone calls. I have never experienced such neglect and total disregard for my son and his situation. IT makes me question her ability to practice if she can deal with us in this manner, how many others has she turned a blind eye to if she just decides to ignore their illness and refuse to give help at her own discretion? I think her behavoir is a disgrace,and if she cannot take time for her patients, anyone, such as Dr.Ward, who can display such indifference, and lack of compassion is not much of a humanatarian,and should not be working in this field.

B. Rayne
The Royal Ottawa Hosital is one of the best mental health facilities in Canada. Sadly, that is not saying much. Intake officals at the hospital misdiagnosed my hypomania and sent me home without help. Only for me to be brought in fully manic by police a week later. Had they done their jobs, me, my family and the taxpayer could have been spared a great deal of expense.
