I had my surgery at the WCH last month. Before surgery, she checked in with me and gave me full confidence to get me comfortable with the procedure. My stress was lifted because of her approach and I will always be thankful to her & the fellows/residents/nurses on her staff for their amazing work during my surgery. I find her extremely kind hearted, concerned and thorough. She made very tiny cuts and my stitches healed so well because of her precision. Post surgery, she called me personally to ask me if I am all right! She took her time to explain things & generously answered all my questions. I have had a fantastic experience with this surgeon and words cannot express my gratitude to her and her team. I highly recommend Dr. Mara Sobel to anyone who is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable surgeon.
