Patient
I have been a patient of this medical clinic for several years. When they first opened up, the staff were great, however - in the recent years, they have gone completely downhill. Several mistakes, attitude, disorganizing appointments, not knowing doctor's schedules, unclear on the phone, language barriers, etc. There has been numerous times I have made appointments to see the doctor in advance and have ended up waiting 3+ hours, for me - this is completely unacceptable. I do not make appointments to be treated as a walk-in. The doctors are all good in this clinic, (minus, Dr. Goebel - She's not a people person.) including the one that I use - Dr. Lee. But due to the complications with staff & their terrible scheduling issues - I choose to only see Dr. Lee about very important matters - the rest goes to a regular walk in clinic, as the service is better & the wait times are shorter.

The reason I go to this clinic is because of one of the Doctors and I have followed her from another clinic. The staff I find are hard to communicate with. Nobody speaks English and at times it is frustrating. If you phone them they put you on hold, forget about you and when you do finally get through they make no sense. It is one of the most disorganized clinics I have ever attended. Thank you

Long time patient
I began seeing Dr. Yip when he began his career as a family doctor at a walk in clinic. He was very kind, knowledgeable and most of all cared. He would take the time to listen to your problem. Then he left the walk in clinic and opened One World Medical. Now, about 20 years later he has completely stopped caring, does not pay attention and watches the clock like a hawk. As I'm getting older I'm more in need of a good family doctor and he doesn't have the time to give adequate, accurate care. The staff he hires is unbelievably rude and ignorant. I never hated going to the doctor but going to this clinic has made it a nightmare. How can a doctor who is supposed to help people let his staff treat us like we are beneath them and wasting their time. Dr. Yip I think it's time to clean house, change your attitude and hire new employees or move on to a different line of work. Your once happy clinic is now dreadful.

great doctors, great people that works inside the clinic. nothing to say ..me and family is very comfortable on that clinic.
