We've been going to this office since 2008, mainly because it was close to our office and home at the time of my pregnancy. Since then we have encountered and witnessed horrible treatment from the support staff to patients. The amount of disorganization (one day our son was a patient, since birth, and next day he wasn't, so had to wait 2.5 hours in waiting room with a 7 month old when he had a cold/ear infection...this also happened to my husband, patient for 1 year and all of a sudden not a patient) , lack of communication (not receiving test results or passing along referal appointments), disregard of tact and privacy when dealing with patients (very rude, short and impatient with people and very loud and rude on phone with patients, I learned all about someones illness as well as their name etc. when waiting in the waiting room...I almost said something as it was disgusting how she spoke and treated him let alone violated his privacy), and lastly very negative, brutal attitudes overall. This is very frustrating as the doctors that work in this office are truly great. We have recently found a new doctor for our family, primarily because of the support staff at One World - Sunridge and their inefficiencies and horrible attitudes, NOT because of the doctors. To work in this industry one would think you'd need to be caring, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and compassionate towards others however these ladies prove that to be wrong through their inconsiderate, rude and inconsistent practices. I would NOT recommend this clinic to ANYONE....which is ashame as the couple of doctors we saw on a regular basis when needed were wonderful and very skilled.

Everyone working there, was very friendly , helpful and very welcoming.
