Been a patient for approx 2yrs now & never had a problem whatsoever with the facility or staff, always courteous and professional, always go out of their way to help people, glad i choose this place when I needed a new Dr, Always greeted with a smile,

Some staff are mean, authoritative and inconsiderate. They think just because people are sick, they have lost their dignity and they can treat them like shit. It's not all the staff, but just a couple of them that make that facility the worst place in the Niagara region health care system in terms of customer service.
