Dr. Alberts is an excellent doctor. He listens very well, tries to understand all important information and has the ability to diagnose the problem. He also does not rush you, is very friendly and caring. I'm glad I found him.

Melissa Penney
Dr. Albert was my GP when he was practicing in Welland. Prior to adding his middle name, Abraham, to his public name. While initially seeming to be thorough with a good beside manner, that quickly changed when I became chronically ill and had to have several repeat appointments. He is the reason why my husband now accompanies me to ALL of my medical appointments. My problems began with my back so Dr. Albert suggested I "dig a ditch" like he did to fix his back. He then followed up by putting me on 4 different medications in one visit which left me a bedridden incoherent zombie. Pharmacist said they never should have been prescribed to be taken together. He also told me to lose weight, quite rightly, but never ever weighed me nor noticed/asked/noted my 50 lbs weight loss. When I called the clinic to ask about the possibility of getting a different doctor, he was openingly hostile. Basically wanting to fire me from the clinic because I had no right to request someone new. I was extremely relieved when this doctor left the area.
