This clinic makes you sit through a 15 minute powerpoint presentation of all the services they supposedly offer before you can even book your first appointment . They pretty much failed to deliver entirely. Depsite their marketing claim of having social workers, a psychiatrist and a whole host of other specialists, in 15 months I was there I didn't get so much as 30 seconds with either. Their claim that you don't need to use walkin clinics anymore because of they are so assessible was also baloney. Often their earliest appointment would be a week away. Their claim that the team of doctors assigned to your case will all be familiar with your patient file is also baloney. Anytime you saw another doctor on your team they didn't know you or your situation from a hole in the ground. This is a medicore clinic that's primary focus is marketing and admiring their awards on their walls rather than actually delivering the care that they promised. I think the only positive is that this clinic is clean and modern, that's it.
