His office was upstairs in a beautiful old building (no elevator). I was in severe pain and had trouble with the stairs. The chairs in the cramped waiting room were uncomfortable after a few minutes. The staff were very nice and professional. Parking was free and available. Nice office for the doctors - not very nice for patients.
