Happy to have found a decent Dr. in Grande Prairie. The staff there is definately not the friendliest and they just blurt the reason you're there whenever they can, but I guess if you want a physician at all here you have to put up with it. Other than that, it's easier to go in to make appointments as their phone is continuously busy.

I've never had to wait for an appointment which is unusual in GP most people have to wait weeks to get in to see their doctor, and always right in to see Dr. Mumert. The front end staff always have a smile and are quick to get us situated. Thanks for the great service

Front line staff, cool, distant, unapproachable, unfriendly, I did not see a single smile the entire time I was there. I was hoping to ask about becoming a patient, needless to say I didn't go thru with that. Office manager not the least bit helpful, I was very disappointed

Staff never answers the phone, very curt and rude in person. I have tried calling the office all afternoon (at least 20 times) and keep getting forwarded to voicemail during open office hours.

Unhappy
The staff at this clinic are soooo inconsiderate, rude & bitchy! Dr Mendis is ok, although always running very late. My time is valuable just like everyone elses, it is so disrespectful to have no consideration for other peoples time!
