Been twice to the clinic and found the staff considerate,sensitive and professional.My appointment time was honoured and the MD gentle and professional.Each time he explained the process to my satisfaction.After care also caring and considerate.

I had an excellent experience. The check in process went smoothly with minimal wait. The people were comforting and professional through the process. My doctor told me that my experience is consistent with feedback from his other patients. Friends have commented that they had a much less pleasant experience at other clinics. All in all, I would give this place top marks.

My experience was completely contrary to the reviews below. My appointment was for 9 a.m. After a very quick and efficient check-in I was taken right away into the treatment room. I had 2 procedures and was done and awake by 9:50. The nurses and doctors were very pleasant and professional. I didn't have to disrobe completely and it was all done very discreetly in a private treatment room. There are lots of patients there at the same time and it does have the feel of a very well-run assembly line. I would recommend this clinic.

Be prepared to wait. They are always at least an hour behind if not two. They have a sign in the lobby that says they do not over book. On some occasions procedures take longer then anticipated. We if that is the case maybe you should book less procedures. Also chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable. Which I find ironic due to the nature of the clinic.
