The appointment started with the receptionist confirming my address by reading it loudly in front of the waiting room of patients - an unacceptable breach of confidentiality. There are no change rooms and patients are expected to disrobe and gown in a room with other medical personnel present - I'm not modest but this is unacceptable patient protocol and would be horrifying to people in some cultures. When the anesthesiologist had the line in my left hand, I felt a prick in my right hand and saw that he had jabbed me with an uncapped needle while he was futzing around with the line - this should NEVER happen. He also had to get assistance as he "forgot to get tape" to tape the line to my hand and had to ask the nurse if they needed to remove my glasses. Unacceptable across the board. I would go elsewhere in future as standards do not seem to be a concern here.

Worst Clinic Ever all because of the receptionist team. The Dr's are ok - not great - but ok. Nurses are pretty good. The receptionist desk is ridiculous. I have had 5 appts at this clinic - 4 of which had issues with scheduling or not having the correct information listed on my file for what I was there for. Also - trying to re confirm your appts is impossible - they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. On top of that they are some of the most horrible, negative and rude people I have ever had to deal with. If you can steer clear of this place. Its not worth the trouble. I would never recommend anyone go here.

I was at this clinic for a family member. The doctors were very friendly as were the nurses. The waiting area was very clean, neat, organized and I also noticed a small container of room deodorizer that made the area smell pleasant. I was COMPLETELY DISGUSTED by the attitude that was the receptionist team. I understand being busy but they were so unfriendly so unwelcoming and so horrible at giving instruction. When I had spoken to the receptionist over the phone she informed me that my family member has to have an EKG done I then asked can it be done in the clinic to which she responded yes. After checking in I reminded her about the EKG to which she responded Uh huh yup, have a seat. After the procedure was finished with and we were on our way out I asked my family member how the procedure went and if they had performed an EKG to which she responded No I did not have to have one. The nurse instructed my family member to check w/ reception for further information regarding followup appointment and for the prescription slip. Upon receiving all the paperwork for discharge nothing was clear and when I asked for clarification there were a lot of um's and hmm's and this doesn't make sense by the younger receptionist, she asked her colleague a middle aged lady whom dismissed reading the whole paper and said 6 weeks on medication/and wait another 2 weeks and have a follow up appointment done. To which I responded what kind of appointment? What clinic? Are you certain the time frame is correct? I felt an overwhelming sense of uneasiness because I could tell her discomfort in the situation... she was not knowledgeable but just wanted us out of her hair. Not only were they all misguided about everything that was happening around them but they were also very very wrong!! I had all the papers looked at by a professional an the instructions were 2 week prescription wait 6 weeks then in for a check up. I hope in the near future there are deserving individuals working at this clinic.

When I woke up from my procedure I noticed my anesthetist (I believe his name is Dr. Cole) sitting in the armchair next to me having a nap. I find this deeply troubling.

Be prepared to wait. I was double booked for my procedure and then forgotten about. I complained to the receptionist, but got nowhere as she became very flustered. When I mentioned this to the "office manager", Bridget, she dismissed me and said that I would be next. My appointment was for 8:30 am and I wasn't taken in until 10:00 am. The doctor I had was very nice and professional, however the nurses didn't know who they were looking after. Later, when I was checking out, I noticed the "office manager" sitting in the overcrowded waiting area reading a magazine. I'm very glad that this office does not specialize in family practice.
