Very unprofessional and rude staff. She needs to change the staff. When you need an appointment they do not have patience and they ask why do you come to this dr? if you live far, she will see you only between 9 -11 on weekdays. I cannot book an appointment later. This is the time if you want to come in come or go away. What type of attitude is this? I go only for the dr. not for you people. Understand. Learn to talk and be a professional.

I have been going to Dr. Gopinath since she has opened her practice, and she is great. I went through a few different doctors until I landed her, and she is patient, kind, knows what she is talking about and is very observant. I appreciate her, and hope others can find this kind of success in a family doctor.

i switched to her recently and have had nothing but a good experience. the staff is quick and friendly. the doctor is very informative, caring and reliable. it can be very hard to speak to a doctor, but she makes it easy to be completely open and honest. very helpful and a very convenient location. great small family clinic. since it's not too big, a patient can feel well taken care of.

Doctor is somewhat helpful. but the staffs are terrible, terrible, terrible. so rude not helpful to the patients. never get the appointments on time. never call you when results are in and if you call they talk to you so rudely. needs to change the staffs.
