Staff needs to be changed immediately. Shockingly rude. Please for heaven's sake, Dr Please have a look at your staff.They are intolerable, especially one of them..Horrible.

Doctor is good but the staff has no idea what they are doing. They create confusion, pass on wrong information and are very rude to talk to. Completely opposite of the Doctor If Dr. Gopinath doesn't do anything about the staff she might have trouble running her practice. People will soon get tired of the staff and go somewhere else.

I like Dr. Gopinath - she's professional, to-the-point and takes your concerns seriously. She is very knowledgeable and quick to recommend/refer treatments or specialists as needed. I also appreciate the tolerable waiting times. However, her staff can be rude and unwilling to help. They took up to 4 weeks just to send my referral to an OB/GYN during my pregnancy - I think this is just careless and unprofessional. The referral was sent through after multiple calls from me - this should not be a patient's job!

I suffer from a few health conditions and am somewhat complex. Dr. Gopinath takes time to listen and works with me. As a healthcare worker as well I tend to worry she helps work through my problems. She provides appropitate and effective medications, treatments and tests and takes into account my concerns and questions. With the amount of chronic pain I have suffered she treated it appropriatly and reffered me to a fantastic pain specialist. When I thought my health was a mess and would never get sorted out, she got me organized over the last 2 years. Out of all my Doctors (and I have a lot of specialists) She is one of my favorites and VERY knowledgable.
