very caring, compassionate and easy to talk to but most important is his knowledge and skills. right from the first consult appointment he made me feel cared for and understood. i had been in pain for years and always felt nobody ever understood me but with him it was different. now 6 months later, my pain is much better and i am working again and even playing golf after 15 years. he has changed my life... forever, i am grateful to him.

it took only 5 minutes to realize i had finally met a doctor who actually cares. he introduced himself and then let me talk. he did not interrupt me. eventhough i was in the room with him for 40 minutes, it felt like it was hours. at the end of my visit, i felt he got me, he understood my pain. he used his diagrams and posters in the room to explain to me why I have my back and neck pain and what can be done about it. He is obviously a highly skilled physician but his interpersonal skills and bedside manner is not like any other doctor I have ever met. I am so excited to start my treatment with him. For the first time in many years, i see hope for my severe pain.

I Had back pain over 20 years and was pretty much bed ridden but after 6 months of treatment with Dr. H, I know started dancing again and feel 20 years younger. He is very caring and compassionate and from first visit with him, he made me feel that there was hope. Of course, I have had to work hard and do physiotherapy and exercises that he had prescribed in addition to the medication he gave me and the injections but now I feel like a new person. I can't thank him enough. I would definately recommend him. To see him, its a 4 hour drive for me and now I only need treatment once every 6 weeks but initially i had to see him weekly. the drive was long but its worth the time.

He is an amazing doctor. After 10 years of having Fibromyalgia, he finally gave me an explanation what it means. I learned I had to accept that its chronic condition and helped me come in terms with it and now we are working together to reduce my pain so that I can do more of the things I enjoy doing. He was honest and told me uprfront that there is no cure but he can help make my pain less so that i can do more of the things I enjoy. I have been seeing him for 6 months now and I still have pain but its much better and more important I am not focused on my pain as I used to be in past but rather I am focusing on doing more and have started to work again and Living again. I am forever grateful to Dr. H. thanks you !!!!!!!
