I do not feel any sense in booking appointment as we have to wait for 2 hours. The Receptionists are like they have own the clinic and they are always damn busy, you are in a state of asking question till that time they will hang up the phone. Doctors are doctors they always have some reasons or excuses when they attend the patients late.

Concerned guardian
Very unprofessional and rude receptionists. One was spitting fire for no reason. I went with my son with severe cough and told to catch an appointment one month later. Everytime I asked for any advice for seeing other doc taking walk in, gave me rude expression.

There is this receptionist and phone operator. This women in very ill mannered, will not listen or pay attention to what you say especially when making appointments over phone. Non- cooperative and shuts you down. Disrespectful and ruthless. The management did not gave them training to be helpful for the patients. At the front desk They sit with their faces as if they are given the worst job and people ( patients) to deal with. It gives a Very unpleasant feeling going to this clinic. They call at 8 am on a Saturday morning in my cell phone, doesn’t give enough time to reach the phone, but hangs up. When I call them back, their office is closed. So why do they call me when the office is closed? They have no Standards of conduct.
