I have been seeing Dr. Roqueyya for past 6 years. She is my family doctor.I was about to take a flight back home and suddenly started to feel unwell and visited her. She assessed me and sent me to ER right-away. I ended up having 2 stent in heart. she saved my life! She is a wonderful person. I strongly recommend her!

I am seeing Dr. Roqueyya as a walk in patient for last 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment. . She respects my concerns, has the ability to put your mind at ease, and is very empathetic. When I wanted help for my chronic drinking problem she was non-judgemental. She explained that as she is not my Family doctor and do not have my medical record, it is unsafe for me to have any treatment for any chronic issue in a a walk in clinic. For our convenience we demand all kinds of treatment from a walk in clinic and some doctors fulfill our “wishlist” for cheap popularity. We should stop whining if they refuse to treat our chronic issues as it is for our own safety. I strongly recommend this doctor for her professional and ethical integrity which is becoming a rare trait nowadays.

An Affected Toronto Resident

I have been seeing her for one of my medical conditions for the past more than one year now. She has always been after me to transfer my medical file from my family doctor. Today, when I saw her after waiting for 2 hours, she told me she cannot attend to me as the condition I had was chronic and I need to deal with my family doctor. She would deal with such conditions only in her own patients. In other words, transfer your file to me otherwise I refuse to extend my medical attention to you. Sorry, but this is bad service, full of greed. Very bad attitude always. Save yourself the trouble of seeing this inconsiderate doctor.
