Small window to call an actual person. Very difficult to get an appointment. Called 3 times in the last 2 years and I'm always told to call back once the doctors availability has been provided. Only other option is to show up at 6:00 a.m. outside the doors to get a number to get a walk-in appointment. If you arrive as of 7:45 a.m. you will not get a number. Always end up having to go on the Ontarion side to an Appletree clinic even though I live in Gatineau.
