Dr. Desjardin is not my family doctor. However, I have seen her many times through Coop Santé Gatineau. If I had a choice, I would have preferred to see another doctor. I found her to be abrupt, at times rude and and she tried to get me out the her office as quickly as possible. She never examined me, instead she would sit at her desk and appear to make a decision on treatment before I had finished explaining my problem (the longest I spent in her office was 5 minutes). She was quick to give prescriptions and referrals. However, she was unclear on how to use the medications prescribed and the possible side-effects. Overall, I found her treatment of me ineffective and lacking severely. Perhaps, she offers better service to patients that are part of her own family practice but, as a patient through the COOP, I felt as though I was treated as a cash-cow. I would not recommend her as a doctor.

Always on time.no wonder she will only give you 5 minutes of her precious time .Make like you agree with her if not she will yell like a delerius maniac
