The facility is great! Her staff can use improving. The blonde 30 year old woman is great! The other lady, is RUDE and makes a million mistakes. The good thing is the system records everything by name of who entered it, Dr. Totounchian needs to review complaints about that woman and track them down in the system to confirm them... and once and for all get rid of that BAD RUDE UNRELIABLE employee.
