Nothing against Dr Totounchian and her expertise , however the Careview Clinic (where she sees patients) is recently lacking prompt follow ups and booking test appointments as part of prognosis, the phone contact is painful since there is no live secretary to talk to and when pressing corresponding option #3 to get to Dr Totounchian you will hear an "invalid key pressed" message. There is neither a possibility to leave message, so far the communication lines are awful, needs a lot of improvement.

Her Patient
Doctor Totounchian is a big hearted practitioner who listens to her patients and does her best to help them, be it by further investigative work or direct treatment of their illments. My daughter, my wife and I are very happy with her. we've had her for the past 4 years as our family doctor and she has demonstrated time and time again why we have kept her as our preferred practitioner to see us. Her office is always a busy one, but for the most part, I would say she is rather punctual and when she isn't she is very apologetic for it. I think in that sort of field, you never know if a patient will be a quick consultation or a long one. I know for myself, i've had 5-15 minutes consultations with her, and i've had a few that have reached 30 minute mark.... I guess those occasions are when the rest of the scheduling gets thrown off a little for the people after. My only complaint would be HER STAFF! Only one woman there, blonde 30ish woman, is a proffesional in her service to the patients. The other woman is rude and makes lots of mistakes regarding mostly scheduling, which has cost us already one $30 no-show fine. I will be speaking with Doctor Totounchian regarding this lady shortly. I think that STAFF member is hurting her business and her status as a good reliable doctor. If I were a new patient, being mistreated by this staff member, would make me wonder about what sort of person is about to look after my illnesses. The face of a company makes or breaks a company....and this maybe not be a sales company, but it is a repeat based business. Doctor Totounchian deserves another good staff member, as good or better than her Blonde 30 year old that is already doing a fantastic job there!

Dr totounchian is my favorite doctor ever. She truly and genuinely cares and has really helped me manage my chronic pain and has made my life alot better. Thank you for always being there. :)

Office staff rude, inefficient, lazy, bad attitude, not caring, long waits, paperwork hidden in shelves by girl with long hair hoping that some other staff member will do the work. Will not return calls, staff always say they are busy!! Can't say it enough the worst front employee's I have ever met anyplace that works with the public.
