It is next to impossible to get a hold of them by phone! I was put on hold last week for nearly half an hour before I decided to hang up. I sincerely hope I won't have to resort to going there in person to make any and all appointments, otherwise I will have to change doctors.

Never call back or pick-up their phones. Advertise as they are part of the cities fabric in keeping you healthy but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Not impressed at all.

Their phone is off the hook. One can never get through. Had to drive my car there to take an appointment with my gynecologist who moved there couple of months ago. Other clients of this gynecologist told me they will not go there, they will change the clinic and the doctor

Unable to get through on phone lines. You can call for days and either office is closed or line is cut off or busy. When you finally get through you are on hold while front desk perform other tasks in the clinics, rather than having someone dedicated to answering phone. If you bring this up to management you get defensiveness! Doctors like Dr Rubin and Dr Aspler are well worth it though.

Stay away... They do not take messages, They are irresponsible and very inconsiderate. Even if you manage to go in person since you cannot get through by phone, they will not help you arrange any appointment. They will refer you to a CLCS or hospital. If you need to make an appointment - good luck.
