just had knee surgery - was not impressed by the rudeness and uncaring attitude of Sheila and the other lady in Ostrowski's office. I had the surgery and after surgery I was in recovery room waiting for Dr.Ostrowski to quickly stop in to see me to explain how surgery went. Good or bad it is important that the surgeon tells you something about the repair of your knee. The hospital nurse said he doesn't do that.I was shocked.Had to go home in pain wondering what happened. I called his office the next day - Sheila was rude and would not tell me anything. She knew I just had surgery too. I asked her when I would get stitches out by Dr.Ostrowski she said she would call me back when the time came the following week. The days came and went, I was in pain, swollen and no one there cared at all to call me about medications or anything.After many calls, Sheila never ever called me back about having stitches out. I had to get an appointment with my regular doctor to get the stitches out. I would never have anything to do with this surgeon or his rude staff again.
