Just had knee surgery, i am shocked at everything. His office staff is rude and uncaring.Went to hospital day surgery,end of day.Before surgery Ostrowski asked me about medication for prescription he would leave me for pain/swelling.Woke up in recovery,nurse said Ostrowski does not talk to you about the surgery.Does not tell you how surgery went.I was shocked. Friend drove me from hospital,to a pharmacy to get prescription filled.My friend came out to say i couldn't get the medications-Ostrowski forgot something on the prescription.Could'nt get all pain medication either. Pharmacist said would call his office next day to correct it.I suffered all night no meds for pain/swelling.Called pharmacy next am no call from his office.I called his office,Sheila put it off all day.End of day she finally said talked to Ostrowski,I had to see my own doctor for medication.I was inconvenienced with pain/swelling, my doctor office was not open til next am.Ostrowski & staff are uncaring and ignorant.
