Dr. M Bertelo is the worst doctor that I've ever seen. She was extremely rude and completely dismissed my symptoms. She told me what symptoms I have, when it should be the patient telling the doctor what symptoms they have. It seemed like patients were a waste of her time. After being completely belittled and ignored, I went to another clinic where I actually received treatment for my symptoms.

I found her to be very arrogant. She would not look at my allergy list, which is long and includes many medications and not considered 'normal'. She only gave me 15 minutes of her time and would not let me discuss my concerns about the procedure. She was curt and abrupt and mentioned the money cost several times, which I assured her I could pay. I wanted to be assured by her that she fully understood my allergies and that this procedure was not a risk to me. Her phone kept going off, and she was not giving me her full attention, not even those 15 minutes.
