Well,the first time I made appointment to do my general check up which cost around 300$ everyone was very nice,helpful,etc,but every time I go there to walk in clinic,the doctors always rush,I never seen anyone more than 5 min,when I try to explain my problem I get interrupted,like they know what I wanted to say,its rude and frustrating,no mater which doctor it was I always sensed kind of arrogance,for someone with soo many testimonials,and our mission is so and so,and we are committed to this and that,they really not much different than anyone else,I guess you have to go to Reilly private clinic to get treated like a human being.

My husband and I have been going to Physimed for 5 years now. We have paid for the checkups ($$$) and "thought" it was worth it because if there was ever an emergency that we would be able to see our doctor (get an appointment within the week). We were fortunate that there were never any health issues with us in the past. Our last appointment was in Jan 2014 and everything was fine. Today (May 28) we tried to get an appointment with our doctor, and the Physimed girl on the phone was not pleasant, and we were unable to get an appointment within the week or month. The next appointment available was in July. We asked to see another doctor and were again refused. Not sure why. Normally I would say you get what you pay for....but in this case Physimed makes promises they can not keep. Keep your money and try another overpriced clinic.

Une clinique modère, mais avec un personnel très peu agréable et un service médical déplorable. C’est n’est qu’une machine à faire l’argent peu préoccupée de la santé de leur clients. Ils vous promettent des résultats de tests en 2 semaines avec une visite médicale mais après avoir payé ils vous donnent des RV dans 7 semaines et ne vous appellent même pas si certains de vos résultats sont positifs. Si vous voulez porter plaintes, ils vous ignorent et ne retournent pas vos appels. Restez-loin de cette clinique.

This place is unbelievable. I went in at 8:30am and left 1:30.p.m. I didn't pay parking, and had my annual and all my tests done on one spot and paid the gas to go to one place not ten..From blood test, to heart, physical, ears, lungs, bone density etc. renewed perscriptions. I even left with my breakfast eaten and a jogging outfit all in one price...The people that run this center know what they are doing... The staff is exceptional smart and courteous...
