Le personnel de Physimed est en général très courtois et professionnel. SAUF le personnel à l'accueil (en particulier une personne qui n'a pas l'air d'aimer sa job) qui n'est pas très coopératif. je ne connais pas les conditions de stress que ces personnes vivent mais le conseil que je donnerai c'est de communiquer par téléphone avec les différents services. Les personnes au téléphone sont très professionnelles. Il y a eu quelques lacunes comme des Rv qui se sont perdus dans le système par exemple. Globalement le service est très bon et l'endroit très agréable.

I went for a mapa, and the first appointment went there hit the trafic at 7 am they make me wait 40 minutes to tell me the machine was not available . An other appointement one week later . Waited 25 min. Gat a old machine with nothing to told the machine. The strap was broken. I had to wear the machine in my slip all day. They gave me a sheet with instruction telling me that I will have a signal 5 seconds before the monitoring. So I can sit and put my arm down. Witch I never had. I called and they told me that the instruction was wrong. The case was old , broken and unclean . And I had to wear it on my slip.... Probably like all the other people before me who took the test did ! That hygienic ! When I gat home I started to monitoring in the same time with my new machine, result where different. I don't trust the result of that test that I'm fact cost 125$. They ask me to make sure not to kink the tube. Meanwhile they ask me to pass the tube on my bra that .... Obviously is squizing the tube . I am so lost .... I was looking for a good exam, willing to pay the price for somethings done Professionally. Thinking going back in Mexico to have good care ! At lower price !
