I have been at Davisville Family Practice for a decade and have no complaints other than it would be helpful if they would keep slightly later hours and have more weekend appointments available. But I get it, doctors need lives too.

Reception never calls back! when you follow up with the office they give you attitude on the phone, very disrespectful. Doctors rush you through appointments, when you have waited 40min to see them, by the time your in they say they have other patients waiting. Physical exams at least from my experience were terrible, coming from a Dr that was very thourough who had a routine in place breast exam, pelvic exam and urinalysis exam, at this office only my blood pressure and heart rate was seen. Unfortunatley I feel at this office I am not finding the medical quality and attention I need, especially down the road if ever faced with any serious health issues, I would not get the appropriate care here.

Physicians are great but he reception puts you on hold for too long, don't return calls when they say they will and are not at all helpful.

Don't go there, the admin staff are not competent. They say they'll follow up with you and they don't. Once I had terrible time to get a fax of my blood work she didn't want to do it. It took a few phone calls. Also I had to make 3 calls just to get a prescription filled. Dr. Gupta has a memory problem. she's states that she will discuss something or give some information and then I'll be leaving the office and she hasn't given me any details. This happens every time I see her. Either I have to go back to the office or make another appointment. There only seems to me one admin person that goes the extra mile and that is Annie but you do have to push to get what you need.
