Disappointed
In all the years I have been a patient here the doctors seem to part of some revolving door. It is unfortunate that I haven't seen the same doctor twice in many years. What that means is, is that all the new doctors don't have the time to read your file, so you end up wasting time going over your history and then you're rushed for what you went in there for in the first place. I am disappointed because I feel you should have a rapport with your doctor in order to build trust. Instead I feel very hesitant to see the doctor even in times when I probably really need to.

Irritated Patient
The doctors and nurses are wonderful, however most of the staff at the front desk or who answer the phones have unpleasant attitudes. I was just put on hold for 22 minutes (yes, 22 minutes) before they finally hung up on me, without saying so much as hello during that entire period. I love and trust my doctor, but even after nearly 20 years as her patient, it's time for a change.
